Buñuelos are an important part of the Colombian Christmas tradition, but are also popular the rest of the year. Ingredients: Corn starch, semi-hard fatty fresh cheese [pasteurized whole milk, salt (sodium chloride), stabilizer (calcium chloride) and rennet], modified cassava starch, white sugar, pasteurized liquid whole egg, water, powdered milk whole [sanitized whole milk, acidity regulators (sodium and potassium tripolyphosphate), vitamin A and D3], baking powder [sodium pyrophosphate (raising agent), sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), cereal flour (rice flour and/or or corn starch) and monocalcium phosphate (rising agent)].
