Inversisa

Tequeño is a fried breaded cheese stick or a spear of bread dough with queso blanco (fresh cheese) stuffed in the middle. To prepare it, the dough is wrapped around a cheesestick and formed into a breadstick so it can be fried in oil or sometimes oven-baked.

Ingredients: Fortified wheat flour, water, vegetable fat [vegetable oils and fats (hydrogenated and/or non-hydrogenated, interesterified and/or non-interesterified), water, salt, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin), preservative (potassium sorbate), butter-like flavors (natural, Artificial and Nature Identical), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (TBHQ and/or BHT), Natural Color (Beta Carotene)], White Sugar, Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg, Whole Milk Powder [Sanitized Whole Milk, Regulators of acidity (sodium and potassium tripolyphosphate), vitamin A and D3], salt, baking powder [sodium pyrophosphate (raising agent), sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), cereal flour (rice flour and/or corn starch) and monocalcium phosphate (raising agent)].

Filling: Pasteurized semi-hard semi-fat fresh cheese (pasteurized whole milk, rennet, sodium chloride and calcium chloride).

Contains: wheat flour (gluten), soy, milk, eggs. NSF GLUTEN FREE.
